Why it works:

• Clear prompts for title, author, summary, characters, and favorite part - kids organize ideas and build comprehension.
• Includes space for opinions and a simple rating with reasons - nurtures critical thinking and text-to-self connections.
• Fits any book and reading level - great for homework, centers, small groups, or library time.
• Quick to copy and collect - supports discussion, light assessment, and portfolio keepsakes without extra prep.
